How to Use FTP to Manage Your Website Files

What is FTP?
FTP (File Transfer Protocol) allows you to upload, download, and manage files on your web server using software like FileZilla, WinSCP, or Cyberduck. It's faster and more convenient for large sites compared to File Manager.
Create an FTP Account in cPanel
- Login to cPanel
- Click FTP Accounts
- Enter username & password
- Select directory (default is recommended)
- Click Create
Connect Using FileZilla
Host: ftp.yourdomain.com
Username: (your FTP username)
Password: (your password)
Port: 21
Click Quickconnect to connect.

/public_html
