Service Limitations:
- Domain Privacy Protection is provided "as is" without guarantees of absolute anonymity or security
- We cannot prevent all forms of personal information disclosure, especially if you've published info elsewhere online
- Privacy protection is subject to applicable laws and regulations, which may require disclosure in certain circumstances
- Some domain extensions do not support privacy protection due to registry policies beyond our control
- Email forwarding and filtering may occasionally block legitimate emails or allow some spam through
- WHOIS propagation delays mean privacy changes may take 24-48 hours to take full effect globally
Customer Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for ensuring your domain contact information with Nairahost is accurate and up-to-date
- You must comply with ICANN regulations and provide truthful registration information (even if hidden by privacy)
- You are responsible for renewing privacy protection; expired privacy cannot be retroactively restored
- You must not use privacy protection to facilitate illegal activities, fraud, or trademark infringement
- You acknowledge that privacy may be disabled during domain transfers as required by ICANN
