No. NairaHost VPS plans cannot be downgraded. To move to a smaller server, order a new VPS and migrate your data before cancelling the larger service.
You can create, view, download and delete backups from the NairaHost client area. Backup restoration is handled manually by NairaHost Support after verification.
Nigerian visitors see Naira when NGN is available. Other visitors see an appropriate available WHMCS currency or USD. Logged-in customers keep their account currency so checkout and invoices remain consistent.
Windows VPS is designed for Windows Server administrator access. Remote Desktop access depends on the selected Windows template and correct firewall configuration.
